Default Is Vista Garbage or What?

I had my fair share of using the OS and i think it was nice but comes up short in gaming. What do you guys think of Vista?

I've never had any problems with vista. I did have some problems with a couple games but I think it was the game not being compatible with vista. I cant blame vista for that.

Got also some compatibility issues before with Vista, but all those are fixed when I updated and installed service pack. Vista is the same as XP before, lots of bugs, drivers and application compatibility problems. but as time goes by, Microsoft provided great solutions to those problems.

Gaming in vista sucks big time. It can sometimes take away as much as 20 fps to your gaming compared to XP.

I don't think it's garbage.. we just have to give them enough time to provide the fixes. Vista is like XP before... full of bugs but as time goes by it become stable.

I heard that there are lots of program compatibility issues with vista. I think I'll wait for the release of Win7 before I upgrade.

There is nothing more to save in vista right now. Win 7 has almost all of the features of it and some xp functionality including drivers, download them now while the RC1 is free!

Its not a garbage, king vinnie was right, its the game that is not compatible with vista and we can't blame vista for that..

Anyway, if you are on gaming use another OS which can satisfy your need....vista for me is great! but not in gaming, of course...in some areas...hehehehe

No it isn't

Maybe it just didn't satisfy your needs. Are you a programmer? Linux would be good.
