Is Windows 7 good or better?

I'm not sure when is the release of Windows 7, I just want to know is Windows 7 really that good or perhaps even better... hope to hear your experience and ideas thanks.

In my opinion windows 7 is better than Vista. I consider windows 7 as an upgraded feature of Vista and it consumes very less RAM memory space unlike Vista. Further the only thing that disappointing about windows 7 is its taskbar, which I think is not much user friendly.

IMHO. The taskbar is superb, you just need time to adjust to the new one. I find it less complex than the XP or Vista taskbars. Even with 20 open windows, you can still manage to flawlessly flip through all of them without the added clutter in the middle of the taskbar.

Rumors saying that it will be released early this august but most say it will be released early next year. personally I like the improvements on Win7 I will definitely switch to win7 when the final version is released

i havent try it yet, but there are so many rumors that it was great than the Vista and XP..
