Default 4770 is better than 9800gt
If you are looking for the best bang for the buck video card, wait for a little while. ATI will soon release their 4770 gpu that is geared towards it competitor 9800gt from Nvidia. I have heard good reviews from reputable sites of this and will cost only $99.

This only uses up 80w of power. Very nice for a 40nm GPU.
