Default Considering an Atom Desktop yet?

With all its capabilities, would you consider building a rig like this ? Atoms have low power consumption and can really made a difference on your next electric bill. I would, but of course if you can stand its performance.

Would you consider that an atom CPU won't cost more than a regular light bulb in reference to power consumption. But your display will add up to that especially if you still opt for a CRT monitor.
