homebrewer Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 102	Do you think an i7 system is a waste of money? I have been seeing a lot of hikes in the hardware in building an i7 rig from the motherboard to processor and ddr3 rams. Do you think its a waste of money to buy an i7 system right now?

valleyofchrome Noob Member Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 25	Vinnie, there are new quads from AMD that is out right now. It is probably better than the core2 but slower than the i7.
