There can be multiple reasons for this to happen also below are some tips to diagnose the problem, CHECK BY REMOVING THE USB DEVICES U HAVE CONNECTED. MANY TIMES PC FAILS TO BOOT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH A USB DEVICE
