Default Help buying a mobo and CPU

Hi

I've had a pretty old machine with
CPU : Pentium 3.0 HT
GPU: XFX 7300LE
mobo: Biostar 945 GZ
ram: 2GB 633 MHz

Recently thought i'll start upgrading the machine one by one (pretty obvious why from the above).
My initial idea was to go get a GTX260. But once i was there, i found the price to be 13k (in Bangalore). So I ended by buying 9800GT 1GB palit (7.5k). Dont start flaming please. I just now read the forums.
What do you think should be my future plans? I cant spend a lot at once. I'm planning on getting one component a month since that wud be better on my budget. Can prolly spend 7 to 10k max per month.
I generally play World of Warcraft which is pretty much a CPU bound game more than anything. But thats not to say that I dont play the usual FPSs like crysis, Farcray2 and so on. I am looking for a build that would allow a mid range gaming. So considering these in mind, sorcerer or someone else, can you please guide me?
