Which Intel MOTHERBOARD should I buy?

im buying assembled pc so which motherboard to buy..
i basically want pc for games, multimedia works, & load of download..

my pc's configure...

Intel Core2 Quad 3 Ghz Processor - Q9650
500 gb hdd
4 gb ram
9400GT 1 gb nvidia geforce graphic card
7.1 Creative Audigy sound card

There are some DDR2 ones there too, but you can easily filter them out and show only the DDR3 ones in the search pane on the left. I recommend choosing one that has a P45 or X38/X48 chipset. These are the performance chipsets that allow for better overclocking capabilities.
