Default Computer stopped working complete mystery?

My computer has stopped working. When I turn it on it powers on and everything but no signal is getting sent to the monitor at all. No boot screen or anything. Im kinda handy with computers so naturally I thought it was the Graphics's card. So i sent it back and got it replaced. That did not fix the problem. Sent the motherboard back. Didnt fix the problem. New ram , not the problem. Very doubtfull its the Processor. Everything is getting power but no signal is getting sent to the monitor. New Hard drive. Im now on my second graphics card to see if that was the problem and its still not working. Can anyone help me??

From the data you have given on your problem and the tests you have said that you made, I see 3 possible problems.

1.) The motherboard has a grounding problem. Take the board out of the case. With the graphics card, ram and processor on the board and the board on a sheet of cardboard, or other nonconducting material, power up the board and see if it works then.
2.) The ram is not compatibile with the mobo\processor.
3.) The cmos chip is bad or one of the jumpers on the mobo is set wrong.

My bet would be on number 1, hope it works out for you.
