Default Solid capacitors or not?

In the marketing schemres, these solid caps are usually one of the things that manufacturers boast about. In my experience, even without solid caps i am able to use my mobos' for over a year or two. Would you consider having solid caps on your mobo for whatnot reasons?

Solid caps are marketed to be better but i have my doubts about it too. Since bloated caps are not that common these days.

I think even cheap motherboards don't have the high probability of bloated caps. They are crucial for overclocking but not that much on daily computing rigs.
