Default Be Protected

I'v heard from the programmers here in our place..that if you want to be protected from viruses and hackers you use Linux...they recommend Linux especially if that computer is for hosting...

What can you say?

Linux is an operating system made by programmers for programmers. So it's not as user friendly as windows. Hope that answers your question

hmmm....I have heard about that, and I have read about that too. And many say that it is true. Linux is safer from viruses and problems.

Viruses, oh yes. Problems... well it depends on what version you are using. With certain Linix versions you can basically build it from bottom up with coding, and thats where the problems will lie. If you have ever tired to code something useful, it is often very difficult not to make a problem somewhere. Such as leaving out a ";" will cost you endless time trying to find out what you did wrong. But on the other hand certain Linix versions are that right out of the box compatibility that Windows users are used to, so if you want to use it, it's best to do your research first.
