Serious Computer Problem

Having Firefox open in the background while gaming slows down my FPS drastically. Please close it when you are gaming.

Firefox uses up alot of CPU. I would also turn the priority down on it by right clicking its task in taskmgr. i have mine on low. it still works ok.

Also using a 64 bit Operating System is much better. You get much better performance from a 64 bit Operating System. it is Optimised better for multi-core.

Thanks for the advice jack2009. But mine works well although I play a lot.

i don't play a lot and haven't notice it yet..my computer is only dual core what about yours?
