Post Plasma or LCD

There is an ongoing struggle between the choice of the type of television technology. Both types have their pros and their cons. What points of each set do you believe to be the biggest ups that would draw you to buy it. Also, what are the downs that would keep you away.

I'd say LCD.
Plasma is usually associated with a larger TV, and ESPECIALLY due to the cool running temperature.
Here's a link for some good information, in case your deciding still: What is the Difference Between an LCD TV and a Plasma TV?

LCD FTW! I want a full hd monitor like a 23 incher one. Samsung is a cheap but quality LCD maker.

For Movies and TV - Plasma all the way

For PC & Gaming - LCD

If you go LCD for Movies at least get 120hz

I prefer either of them as long as you have the cash to spend. I prefer samsung brand as they have high standards like Sony but wayyyy cheaper.

Well they are both displays technologies so i personallly choose Plasma over LCD , Mostly because the image on the LCD's is very decolored and darker or even lighter from other angles while the plasma is almoust the same at any angle, even doh i'd rather spend my money on moore important parts like procesors ,coolers, motherboards etc. than on an LCD , main reason why i have an flat 19 inch screen with half a metter in the back xD
