Default Wood Cases for PC

Have you seen one of these??? Actually I have. Have one right here but isn't mine so I thought I might share the idea.

There also cases for monitor and mouses, even keyboard!

Don't you think manufacturers should now use woods for PC cases and the likes as a little help for the preservation of environment? I mean, If its wood then its easy to dispose and economically friendly right?

Do you have computer parts with wooden cases? Its cool too you know.

The powersupply is used for the grouding part, if you look at the documentations with all those power lines. There are various lines for grounding and they all connect to the power supplyTo be honest we don't need a case at all, although it is a good thing for more portability and prevent you from touch parts that aren't supposted to be touched.

cooling is the main issue - the inside can get hotter then you think, and airflow over the whole inside matters.

secondly, even if some things get hot locally, be aware that wood burns

3rd - wood warps

4th - plywood or other treated wood emits fumes that might affect the pc, and you, when heated....

5 - the metal/plastic of a typical case transmits its own share of heat that wood probably won't

But if you are a good woodworker and can manage all that, I think a wood case would be very cool to have..
