Google e-mail has a great interface in my opinion, and it's good for sifting out the spam e-mails.
Various options include setting up 'tags' for particular e-mails/addresses, then when they come into your inbox they'll show a different colour as well as being put in a seperate folder whilest still displaying in your inbox.
Good archive system too if you like/need to keep track of old e-mails.
Huge space.
